1. Once you are logged-in as a Comsec in ACE, you will be able to see the MyData SSM module on the left side-bar. Click on it and you will be redirected to the products page as shown in Figure 1.2

2. In the products page, you are shown a list of clients that are registered under you. Select one of the clients and you will be able to see the list of products that is available for the client you have selected as shown in Figure 1.3.

3. Once you have selected the preferred client, you will be able to see the products offered for that particular client. For business profiles, you will be able to purchase CTC or non-CTC documents whereas for documents, only non-CTC documents are purchasable. If you spot the documents that you’re interested in, don’t forget to add them to the cart in order to purchase them later on. You may click the cart located on the top-left of the products page in order to open the cart as shown in Figure 1.4.

4. In the cart page as shown in Figure 1.5, once you have added all your preferred documents in the cart, you may proceed by clicking the “Checkout” button where it will redirect you to the payment page.

5. Once payment is successful, you may click on “Purchases/ Orders” under the Features. Once you are in, you will be able to see the list of documents you have purchased. Click on the one you wish to view and you will be able to see the details of the document you have purchased. If you have successfully paid, you will be able to see a section named “Transaction Status”, as shown in Figure 1.6, where you will be able to download the document immediately or save it to your client storeroom for future use.
However, if you have successfully paid but the transaction has failed as shown in Figure 1.7. You may click on the “Retry Processing” button to try re-generating your purchased document again. If the issue still persists, please contact our support team and we will reach out to you as soon as possible.
