Starting from 23rd May 2026, we introduced a new editor to replace the previous editor that had been in use since the launch of ACE.
This new state-of-the-art template editor comes with enhanced features and a familiar Microsoft Word™-style interface, making it easier and more intuitive to use. Users can now create templates and generated documents with greater flexibility and achieve results that more closely match their desired formatting and layout.
There are a few important things to note when using this editor.
- When you click any “Edit” button to modify a template, the editor will open in a new browser tab. This is necessary to reload and refresh the template correctly. Once the new tab has opened, you may close the previous tab and continue working in the new one.
- Although the editor includes many features similar to Microsoft Word™, we cannot guarantee that every feature will work flawlessly in all situations. For best results, we recommend keeping your document formatting as simple as possible.
- The editor automatically saves your template in the background. However, network interruptions may occasionally prevent the auto-save process from completing successfully. To avoid losing changes, we recommend manually saving your template before clicking the “Back” button.
