Subscribe to e-Invoice

1. Login to the FIRM account.

2. Go to the Firm Profile on the top right menu.

3. Click the “EDIT” button at the bottom. Fill in the Firm Billing Address if have not yet filled. Then click “SAVE DETAILS”.

4. Select “E-INVOICE” on the menu.

5. On the E-Invoice submenu, select “Setting”.

6. Firm will have to fill in the bank information before subscribing to E-Invoice. After filling in all the details, click on the “Update” button at the bottom to save.

7. Go back to the E-Invoice page and click on “Subscribe” button.

8. The subscription period will be monthly. Firms must enter their MSIC code to use the E-Invoice services. The firms have to select their desired E-Invoice package and click on the “Subscribe” button.

9. An email with payment link and invoice will be sent to the Firm email for further action. At this point, the subscription status will be shown as “PENDING” until the payment is made by the Firm.

10. For the first-time subscription, Firms will have a FREE 1 Month subscription and they also need to pay for the “One-Time Integration Fee”. The “Pay Now” button will redirect to the payment gateway.

11. Upon successful payment, the Firm TIN number will be forwarded to the party responsible for whitelisting. A success page will be shown and the firm will have to click on the link provided and follow the instruction given. Within 1 – 2 days, firm will be able to use the E-Invoice service (whitelisting will take some time).

12. The E-Invoice Subscription is now ACTIVE and the invoice quota will be shown on the firm dashboard. On the top right menu, there will be “FIUU ACCOUNT” menu for firm if they want to integrate their online payment method in the system.
