Groups allow firms to place their clients into respective groups that for easier billing and using the right template structure. The firm can also use this to offer different types of services that are available for specific groups and thus, charge different fees.
This will make it easier for firms and Cosecs alike to manage their clients based on their requirements.
Templates, which is available for use by Cosecs and their clients in generating documents, are also assigned to specific groups. This is so that a client can only access certain templates only if they are in a group that is attached with a specific template.
The templates can be attached to groups, which is fully manageable by the firm.
When a firm is created, a default group is created. It is named PRIMARY GROUP. The firm is free to customize this group by renaming it and also modify the templates available to the group.
A firm can also create a new group.
