Memberships are packages or plans that the firm’s Cosec can use to group their clients into. The firm can use this packages to offer different types of services that is available for specific membership plans and thus, charge different fees.
This will make it easier for firms and Cosecs alike to manage their clients based on their requirements.
Templates, which is available for use by Cosecs and their clients in generating documents, are also assigned to specific membership plans. This is so that a client can only access certain templates only if they are subscribed to a membership plan with the template.
The templates are grouped into different categories, which is fully manageable by the firm.
When a firm is created, a default Membership package is created. It is named PRIMARY MEMBERSHIP. The firm is free to customize this plan by renaming it and also modify the templates available to the plan.
A firm can also create a new membership plan anytime.
