The template module is an important part of our ACE system. The right usage of template can help reduce hours of work into minutes. This section is to guide the Firm user on using the templates.
You can read more about templates here and understand the differences between the 3 types templates.

When you go to Templates, the first thing you’ll see are the System templates. As the name suggests, these are owned by the ACE system and can be accessed by all Firms using ACE, so they are not modifiable. Master templates are owned by the Firm while Common templates are owned by the Cosec.
With these system in place, the Firm or Cosec can have their own templates they can modify freely.
To change the template to fit your preference, you have to “claim” the template and make it yours. To do this, click on the Duplicate button next to the template name. When a System template is duplicated, an exact copy is created but now it will be listed under “Master” templates. It is also owned by you.

All templates under Master are only accessible and viewable by you, the owner. They are called Master templates as they can be accessed by all Cosecs and their assistants registered under your Firm. To make them accessible to your Cosec, please go to the Business Plan section.
Now you can make changes to the Master template by clicking on the EDIT button. That will bring you to the Editor.
