Cosec can choose which Shareholders/Member of a client to be able to login to the system. However this can only be done after the Firm has assigned the purchased slots to the client. Please refer to the previous article on this step.
Enabling Members to Login by Cosec
- Login as Cosec.
- Go to the client listing and select a client
- Go to Register of Members page
- For the members that are active and have shares, you will see a button on the same row, with the label “ENABLE” (refer to image A below).
- For member who is also a Director, the button will say “DIRECTOR*” instead. This member’s login can be managed at the Directors listing page. You may click the button to go there if needed to.
- To proceed allowing a member to login, click on the “ENABLE” button to allow that Shareholder to login (refer to Image A below). Confirm on the popup window.
- Once the member has its login enabled, the button will change into “DISABLE” with the red background. In case you need to disable the login for that member anytime, click that button.
- In the background, the system will send an email to the user informing them to create an account and set the password.
- The member can then login and view the shares of that client/company.
