Each individual user accounts in our system must use a unique email address. For example if a person was given a Firm account and this same person also wants to assume the Cosec account, then a new Cosec account with a different email address must be used. That person then will need to login using the right email address to login as the preferred role.
When any of the user accounts is registered in ACE, they all have to go through the same process to be able to be activated and login to the system.
