There are several user types in ACE. These user types determines the roles and capabilities when they are logged into the system.
The following are the 4 types of users in the system.
- FIRM
- A Firm user manages its own group of COSECs. A Firm is responsible in registering one of more Cosec. The number of Cosec a Firm can register is determined by the number of subscriptions the Firm has purchased. More information about Firm here.
- COSEC
- A Cosec user account is the primary user that manage companies. A cosec is registered under a Firm account and can only be attached to one firm. More help on Cosec here.
- ASSISTANT
- An assistant helps the Cosec in managing the registered companies. Their capabilities are nearly identical to the Cosec with some inaccessible features. Read more about Assistant here.
- DIRECTOR
- A director can login and get details about their companies. They are registered by Cosecs and Assistants and can have multiple companies. More about this user type here.
- BUSINESS OWNER (COMING SOON)
- This is a new user type and will allow business owners to use our selected features to help them managing the businesses. This is still work in progress and will be made available soon.
