When an account is created in the system, a random password is assigned to the account. Even the person creating the account will not know the password. For example when a Firm creates a Cosec account, the Firm user will not know the password. The Cosec does not know as well but the Cosec can reset the password using the registered email.
Tthe following process will need to be followed through to activate an account;
- When an account is created, the system will send an email to the registered email. Within the email content, click on the button with the label “CLICK HERE TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD”.
- Your browser will open a page with a single field for your email address. Please enter the email address which was used for the ACE registration and submit it.
- The system will now send another email with the subject “Reset Password Notification” from the system using the email “no-reply@blazetech.my”. There is another link in the email with the label “Reset Password”. Please take note that this link will expire within 24 hours. If the link expires you just have to repeat the process again by clicking on the link from the registration email or click on “Forgot password” on the login form.
- After clicking on the link in the email, another page will be displayed but this time with the following fields;
- Email: Enter the email that was used for the ACE registration
- Password: Enter a strong password.
- Retype Password: Repeat the password above to ensure that you know the password very well.
- Fill up all the fields above but please ensure that your password follow these rules
- Minimum Length: 8 character or more
- Must have at least 1 UPPERCASE letter
- Must have at least 1 lowercase letter
- Must have at least 1 number
- Must have at least 1 symbol (eg *&$%=)
- If you entered the correct email address with the password within the rules above, your password will be saved and you will be immediately logged in. Please use the email address and password for future login.
