Change or Remove Assistant to a Client

  1. You can remove an assistant from managing the client that was assigned to him. You also have the option of assigning the client to another assistant. Read on to find out how to do it.
  2. Login as a Cosec.
  3. Go to the CLIENTS listing.
  4. In the Clients list table, click on the button with the assistant’s name on the same row as the client.
  5. A window pops up, showing a list of all of your assistants. The highlighted row is the one currently assigned to the client.
  6. To remove all assistants, meaning there will no assistant managing this client, click on the button UNASSIGN ALL. A prompt will appear to confirm the action. Click OK to proceed.
  7. To change assistant, choose another assistant name and click “ASSIGN”. Currently we only allow one assistant per client.
  8. The window will refresh back to the client listing and show the assistant name on the client’s row.
