Display the list of members of the company that holds 5% or more of the shares of the company. The features of this page is exactly the same as Register of Members, only not all shareholders is listed because of the mentioned condition.
Generate Register
- On the Register of Substantial Shareholdings page, click on “Generate Register”. A drop-down will appear.
- “Without Ceased” – print register but without any of the ceased members.
- “With Ceased” – print register including ceased members if any.
- When either of the drop-down button is clicked, the Register of Member list in PDF format will be generated in a new window. You can then download the PDF to your local computer.
