Register of Beneficial Owners

This section is for Cosec to declare and update the Beneficial Owners for each share certificate for a company. For each share, it will be listed here.

Updating The Beneficial Owner Record

  1. From the Client Menu, click on “Register of Beneficial Owners”.
  2. A list of shares certificate will be displayed. If the beneficial owners are not set for any share, the value for the column “BENEFICIAL OWNER” will be “NOT SET”. If it has been set, it will display the name of the beneficial owner.
  3. To update the owner record, click on the button labelled “UPDATE” on any of the row.
