Creating An Assistant

An assistant can only be created by a Cosec. Login as a Cosec.

  1. Click on your username on the top-right of your screen. In the drop-down that appears, click on “ASSISTANT”.
  2. On the assistant page, your current list of assistants will be displayed if any.
  3. To add a assistant, click on the button “ADD ASSISTANT”.
  4. In the resulting form, complete the fields;
  • Name: Name of the assistant
  • Email: Enter the email address that the assistant will use to login. Please take note that an email address must be unique to a role. Meaning if an email has already been registered for another user, then that same email cannot be used.
  • Status: Set to active to allow immediate login.
  • Remarks: Enter any remarks if you wish.

After all of the fields have been filled, click on “CREATE ASSISTANT”. Then the same process flow of activating a user account follow where the user needs to reset their password. Refer here for more information.
